Always maintain the appearance inspection of semi-finished products to prevent tops, hanging flowers, sticking and other phenomena, and foreign-fiber protection should be done when storing cooked sliver.
(3) The roving operator is required to strengthen the cleaning of the drafting area, 2 to 3 times per shift; strengthen the patrol inspection of the cooked sliver after the machine to prevent the phenomenon of splitting and grinding. The equipment charterer needs to check the abnormality of the upper and lower flannel, and check the cleanliness of the roller once a day.

(4) The spinners on duty are required to strengthen the cleaning of the drafting area, more than 2 times per shift, to keep the suction pipe unobstructed. The equipment charterer checks the cleanliness of the rollers once a day, and needs to be cleaned up in time for abnormal situations; keep the containers where the cops are stored clean and tidy.

(5) The winding process is required to strengthen the inspection of the smoothness of the yarn passage, and the vehicle speed is controlled at 1000 m/min ~ 1 200 m/min.
